Access to the building is through the pedestrian gate, using the keys provided at check-in. The garage gate is opened with a remote control, which is also supplied to guests during their stay.

The building is quiet and residential. There are no recreational areas or shared common spaces. We kindly ask that you follow the community guidelines, especially regarding quiet hours and the movement of small pets in shared areas.
