Check-in is only allowed until 7 PM. After this time, a late check-in fee will be charged; please check availability and prices.
We ask that you respect the quiet hours after 10 PM, in consideration of the neighbors and the condominium rules. In case of noise complaints, there may be a condominium fine, immediate cancellation of the stay, and removal from the property without refund.

If you wish to use the leisure area (barbecue), it is necessary to schedule it in advance, according to the condominium rules.

Parties, events, and additional visits not included in the reservation are not permitted.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.

Pets are not allowed, except when previously authorized.

Check-in and check-out times must be respected so that we can ensure the organization of cleaning and the next stay.

Please take care of furniture, appliances, and other items in the apartment. Damage or breakage may be charged.

Garbage must be disposed of in the designated areas in the building, following the condominium's guidelines.
