About the Accommodation

Coexistence and Conduct

* Parties and/or events are not allowed.

* Respect the Noise Law, from 10 PM to 8 AM.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ashes, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

* Do not use bed linens and towels to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products that may stain.

Responsibilities

* Fines applied to the unit by the condominium, resulting from loud noise, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with the rules of coexistence, will be **fully charged to the leaseholder.**
