The bathroom is spacious, with a glass shower and electronic gas water heating, and the service area has a 9 kg washing machine and a clothesline.

District description

Copacabana is in Rio's South Zone and is one of the city's best-known neighborhoods, famous for its white-sand beach and the black-and-white wave-patterned Portuguese pavement promenade. The area has lively nightlife, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and is close to Copacabana Fort and Sugarloaf Mountain.

From here it is also easy to reach other attractions, such as Christ the Redeemer.

Information about transportation

The area is well served by buses and the subway, and access is easy by car or ride-hailing app; private parking is nearby.

Santos Dumont and Galeão are 25–40 minutes by car, and Novo Rio bus station about 30 minutes.

Documents and access

• All guests included in the reservation must send an identification document. Without this information, check-in will not be authorized.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Every visitor must have their document sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy of the property.

About the property

• For hygiene reasons, we do not provide salt, sugar, olive oil or any food items.

• On arrival, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 towel per person.

• Bed and bath linen is not changed during the stay. If you would like additional changes or extra cleaning (especially for long stays), please ask about prices in advance.

Internet, building and services

• We are not responsible for internet instability.

• We are also not responsible for general building maintenance or interruptions in water and power supply by utility companies.

Conduct

• Parties and/or events are not allowed.

• Please respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Signs such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

• Do not use bed or bath linen to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that may stain.

Responsibilities

• Fines imposed on the unit by the building for loud noise, inappropriate behavior or breach of the building rules will be charged in full to the reservation holder.
