As this is a residential rental, it is essential to respect the property, the neighbors, and the rules of good coexistence. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of the rental, without prejudice to any additional charges.
Important Rules and Information
Documentation and Access
It is mandatory to send the identification document of all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, check-in will not be authorized.
* Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
* All visitors must have their document sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
About the Accommodation
* We do not provide salt, sugar, olive oil, or any food items for hygiene reasons.
* Upon arrival, we provide:
* 1 roll of toilet paper
* 1 towel per person
* Linen is not changed during your stay. (If you require additional changes or extra cleaning services (especially for longer stays), please inquire about prices beforehand.)
Internet, Condominium and Services
* We are not responsible for internet network instability.
* We are also not responsible for general condominium maintenance or interruptions in water and energy services.
Coexistence and Conduct
* Parties and/or events are not allowed.
* Please respect the Noise Law, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ashes, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
* Do not use bed linens and towels to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products that may stain.
Responsibilities
* Fines applied to the unit by the condominium, resulting from loud noise, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with the rules of coexistence, will be
**fully charged to the leaseholder.
