General notes
The apartment is delivered clean, with full linens: sheets, towels, pillows, a light blanket, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, single-use soap and dish detergent. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. We do not offer daily cleaning, but longer stays can request extra cleaning at an additional cost.
About the place
The decor is modern and the rooms are spacious, with a large living room for resting after the beach or a day out. The building has a 24-hour front desk and an elevator, but there may be small steps at the entrance, so it is not fully wheelchair accessible.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the apartment, including the 3 bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room. The private parking space, standard size, is available throughout the stay.

District description
Copacabana is in Rio's South Zone and is one of the city's best-known neighborhoods, famous for its white-sand beach and the black-and-white wave-patterned Portuguese pavement promenade. The area has lively nightlife, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and is close to Copacabana Fort and Sugarloaf Mountain.
From here it is also easy to reach other attractions, such as Christ the Redeemer.
Information about transportation
The apartment is at Rua Figueiredo Magalhães, 285. Cantagalo subway station is a few blocks away and connects quickly to Ipanema, Leblon and downtown. Several bus lines and ride-hailing pick-up points are nearby. For guests without a car, there is metered parking and paid car parks in the area.
Santos Dumont is about 20–30 minutes by car, Galeão 35–45 minutes and Novo Rio bus station 20–30 minutes.

IMPORTANT RULES AND INFORMATION
Documents and access
• All guests included in the reservation must send an identification document. Without this information, check-in will not be authorized.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Every visitor must have their document sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy of the property.
About the property
• For hygiene reasons, we do not provide salt, sugar, olive oil or any food items.
• On arrival, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 towel per person.
• Bed and bath linen is not changed during the stay. If you would like additional changes or extra cleaning (especially for long stays), please ask about prices in advance.
Internet, building and services
• We are not responsible for internet instability.
• We are also not responsible for general building maintenance or interruptions in water and power supply by utility companies.
Conduct
• Parties and/or events are not allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Signs such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Do not use bed or bath linen to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that may stain.
Responsibilities
• Fines imposed on the unit by the building for loud noise, inappropriate behavior or breach of the building rules will be charged in full to the reservation holder.
Please make good use of and take care of the space. This is someone's home, and we count on you to help keep it well cared for.
INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO THIS PROPERTY
• Luggage and beachwear must use the service elevator. The main elevator may not be used shirtless or in swimwear/beachwear.
• A fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged per linen item stained with lipstick, makeup, sauces, etc.
• If smoke, smell or cigarette butts are detected, a fine of R$ 150.00 will be charged.
