* Respect the Law of Silence between 22:00 and 08:00.

* Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Signs such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee being charged.

* Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood and other products.

* Fines applied to the unit, by the condominium administration, related to the behavior of the tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that does not comply with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
