Welcome to our space! We hope you have a pleasant stay and feel welcome. As the space is part of a residential rental, it is essential to follow some guidelines to ensure respect for the environment, neighbors and the rules of coexistence. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the rental. **MANDATORY submission of documentation** All guests included in the reservation must send their identification documents in advance. Failure to do so will prevent check-in. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. **Visitors:** The presence of visitors must be notified at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit allowed. **Food items:** For hygiene reasons, we do not provide food such as salt, olive oil, sugar, among others. **Parties and events:** Parties and events are not permitted in the accommodations. **Silence:** We ask that you respect the Silence Law, which is in effect from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. **Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Any sign of smoke will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. **Bed and bath linens:** We provide one towel per person, with no change during the stay. The linens consist of a fitted sheet, a fitted sheet, two pillows with pillowcases and a microfiber blanket. Please do not use towels or bed linen to remove makeup, sunscreen or other products. **Amenities:** We provide two rolls of toilet paper, single-use soap (20g) and detergent for your arrival. **Fines:** Fines applied by the condominium due to inappropriate guest behavior, such as loud music or disrespect for the rules, will be passed on to the reservation holder. **Take good care of the space:** This is someone's home, and we count on your help to keep it in perfect condition.
