Welcome to our space! We hope you have a pleasant stay and feel warmly welcomed. As this is a residential rental, it is essential to follow some guidelines to ensure respect for the space, the neighbors, and the house rules. Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in the cancellation of the booking. **Documentation:** All guests included in the reservation must provide their identification documents in advance. Failure to do so will make check-in impossible. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. **Visitors:** Visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit. **Food items:** For hygiene reasons, we do not provide food items such as salt, olive oil, sugar, etc. **Parties and events:** Parties and events are not allowed on the premises. **Quiet hours:** Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure everyone's comfort. **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Any indication of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. **Bedding and towels:** We provide one towel per person, without replacements during the stay. The bed linen includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, two pillows with pillowcases, and a microfiber blanket. Please do not use the towels or linens to remove makeup, sunscreen, or other products. **Amenities:** For your arrival, we provide two rolls of toilet paper, a single-use 20g soap, and dish detergent. **Fines:** Any fines imposed by the condominium due to improper behavior by the guests, such as loud noise or rule violations, will be charged to the reservation holder. **Take good care of the space:** This is someone’s home, and we appreciate your collaboration in keeping it in excellent condition.
