District description

Copacabana is in Rio's South Zone and is one of the city's best-known neighborhoods, famous for its white-sand beach and the black-and-white wave-patterned Portuguese pavement promenade. The area has lively nightlife, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and is close to Copacabana Fort and Sugarloaf Mountain.

From here it is also easy to reach other attractions, such as Christ the Redeemer.

Information about transportation

Arco Verde subway station is nearby, and there are several bus lines and taxi and Uber stands in the area. There is no parking on site, but paid car parks are close by.

Santos Dumont is about 10 km away (20 minutes by car), Galeão about 24 km (40 minutes) and Novo Rio bus station about 12 km (25 minutes).

• We are also not responsible for general building maintenance or interruptions in water and power supply by utility companies.

Conduct

• Please respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Signs such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

• Do not use bed or bath linen to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that may stain.

Responsibilities

• Fines imposed on the unit by the building for loud noise, inappropriate behavior or breach of the building rules will be charged in full to the reservation holder.
