Hello, we are Haelo! We want to make sure you feel welcome in our space.

Please remember that this is a residential rental and it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the basic rules of coexistence.

Any violation of these rules may result in the interruption or cancellation of your reservation.

* It is MANDATORY to send the identification document of all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking to avoid delays or impediments during check-in. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. * It is mandatory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

* For hygiene reasons, we do not provide salt, oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodations.

* Parties and events are not permitted.

* Please respect the Silence Law from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Any sign of smoke will result in an extra cleaning fee.

*Do not flush toilet paper/pads/etc. down the toilet

*Do not use bed linen and towels to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

* Fines applied by the condominium management due to guest behavior, such as excessive noise, bad behavior or any violation of the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the reservation holder. ACCOMMODATION RULES

1-BED LINEN AND TOWELS

*****A fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged for each item if there are stains from lipstick, makeup, sauces, etc.

2-USE OF ELEVATOR

***Entry with luggage in the service elevator, as well as with beachwear. YOU MAY NOT USE THE ROOM ELEVATOR WITHOUT A SHIRT OR SWIMWEAR/BEACHWEAR

3-VISITORS ***Visitors who are not registered in the contract are not allowed.

4- OUTSOURCED SERVICES***We are not responsible for any instabilities in Wi-Fi, TV, or damage to the water and energy supply caused by maintenance by the operators.

5- NOISE

***We ask that you avoid any type of noise after 10 pm, to ensure the comfort of all residents.

6- SMOKERS

***Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, in accordance with local regulations. In the event of smoke, smell or butts being detected, a fine of R$ 150.00 will be applied.

**** Any violation of the above rules is subject to a fine and/or termination of the contract, with immediate vacancy of the property. We are always available to clarify any questions or provide more information. Please enjoy the space and take care of it as if it were your own home.
