General notes
The apartment has two Smart TVs (in the bedroom and the living room) and light, welcoming decor. We do not offer cleaning during the stay, but we provide basic items for your arrival: toilet paper, soap, detergent, a dish towel and a sponge. We provide one towel per guest, not changed during the stay.

Ipanema is in Rio's South Zone, between Copacabana and Leblon. The neighborhood has restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques, the Hippie Fair on Sundays and the sunset at Arpoador, one of the area's most popular outings.

General Osório subway station is about a 7-minute walk away. Several bus lines pass near Rua Saint Roman, with destinations such as downtown, the North Zone, Barra da Tijuca and the other South Zone neighborhoods. Ride-hailing apps also work well.

IMPORTANT RULES AND INFORMATION
Documents and access
• All guests included in the reservation must send an identification document. Without this information, check-in will not be authorized.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Every visitor must have their document sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy of the property.
About the property
• For hygiene reasons, we do not provide salt, sugar, olive oil or any food items.
• On arrival, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 towel per person.
• Bed and bath linen is not changed during the stay. If you would like additional changes or extra cleaning (especially for long stays), please ask about prices in advance.
Internet, building and services
• We are not responsible for internet instability.
• We are also not responsible for general building maintenance or interruptions in water and power supply by utility companies.
Conduct
• Parties and/or events are not allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Signs such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Do not use bed or bath linen to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that may stain.
Responsibilities
• Fines imposed on the unit by the building for loud noise, inappropriate behavior or breach of the building rules will be charged in full to the reservation holder.
