As this is a residential rental, it is essential to respect the property, the neighbors and the rules of good coexistence. Failure to follow these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of the stay, without prejudice to any additional charges.

IMPORTANT RULES AND INFORMATION

Documents and access

• All guests included in the reservation must send an identification document. Without this information, check-in will not be authorized.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Every visitor must have their document sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy of the property.

About the property

• For hygiene reasons, we do not provide salt, sugar, olive oil or any food items.

• On arrival, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 towel per person.

• Bed and bath linen is not changed during the stay. If you would like additional changes or extra cleaning (especially for long stays), please ask about prices in advance.

Internet, building and services

• We are not responsible for internet instability.

• We are also not responsible for general building maintenance or interruptions in water and power supply by utility companies.

Conduct

• Parties and/or events are not allowed.

• Please respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Signs such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

• Do not use bed or bath linen to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that may stain.

Responsibilities

• Fines imposed on the unit by the building for loud noise, inappropriate behavior or breach of the building rules will be charged in full to the reservation holder.

Please make good use of and take care of the space. This is someone's home, and we count on you to help keep it well cared for.

INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO THIS PROPERTY

Here are some useful information and important reminders:

1. Please do not throw paper or anything else in the toilet. This helps prevent clogs due to the city's sanitation system.

2. For hot water in the shower, turn the tap to the left and wait for about 3 minutes until it heats up completely. If it gets too hot, open the cold water tap and adjust to the desired temperature.

3. To ignite the stove, use the blue lighter in the first drawer. Ignite the flame and simultaneously turn the stove knob.

4. The remote control in the master bedroom is only for turning the TV on/off and adjusting the volume. Other functions are controlled by the Net remote.

5. When using the microwave, press the "pause" button and then set the desired minutes. For example, to heat a plate of food, press "pause," then "1 minute," and "30 seconds." Even if the display doesn't show the time, following this sequence will ensure the food is heated just right.

6. In the building, there's a restaurant serving delicious homemade lunches. Extension 124. On the ground floor, there's a 24-hour mini-market.

7. To access the beach, request a round-trip pass for the ferry at the security booth.

8. The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

9. The sauna operates on weekends from 10 AM to 10 PM (check availability during the week).
