Short description
Oceanfront in Copacabana, on the 10th floor: this 40 m² apartment has a living room and a bedroom, panoramic sea views, and is next to Praça do Lido, where the official vans to Christ the Redeemer depart.
It has split air conditioning. Cardeal Arcoverde subway station and the neighborhood's shops are a few steps away.
General notes
The living room is split into two areas, with a double bed, a sofa bed, a 32-inch TV, a table with chairs and a ceiling fan. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed, a wardrobe and a fan. There is split air conditioning, cable TV and broadband Wi-Fi.
Full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishes, pots and utensils. An iron and ironing board are also available.
Bathroom with glass shower and gas water heating. Bed and bath linens are included.

District description
Copacabana is in Rio's South Zone and is known for its white-sand beach and the wave-patterned black-and-white Portuguese pavement promenade. The neighborhood has restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife, and is close to Copacabana Fort and Sugarloaf Mountain.
The apartment is in a residential building, between a greengrocer and a bakery, near a 24-hour supermarket, a laundry, pharmacies, restaurants and banks.
Information about transportation
Subway: Cardeal Arcoverde station is very close. Buses to every neighborhood in Rio stop nearby. Next to Praça do Lido, the official vans to Christ the Redeemer depart.
Airports: Santos Dumont is about 20 minutes away and Galeão about 40 minutes.

IMPORTANT RULES AND INFORMATION
Documents and access
• All guests included in the reservation must send an identification document. Without this information, check-in will not be authorized.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Every visitor must have their document sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy of the property.
About the property
• For hygiene reasons, we do not provide salt, sugar, olive oil or any food items.
• On arrival, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 towel per person.
• Bed and bath linen is not changed during the stay. If you would like additional changes or extra cleaning (especially for long stays), please ask about prices in advance.
Internet, building and services
• We are not responsible for internet instability.
• We are also not responsible for general building maintenance or interruptions in water and power supply by utility companies.
Conduct
• Parties and/or events are not allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Signs such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Do not use bed or bath linen to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that may stain.
Responsibilities
• Fines imposed on the unit by the building for loud noise, inappropriate behavior or breach of the building rules will be charged in full to the reservation holder.
Please make good use of and take care of the space. This is someone's home, and we count on you to help keep it well cared for.

Nada a reclamar,ótima localização e apto é igual da foto muito confortável e aconchegante,Concerteza voltarei mais vezes,só deixou a desejar a pia que estava quebrada precisando arrumar urgente,e o chuveiro apesar de ter aprendido a mecher nele,porém não é todo mundo que consegue,no mais nada a reclamar
